
Pennie Stephenson SALES MANAGER
 Born into a sailing family, Pennie has been competitive sailing yachts since a teenager. In her later years, as a mother of two children and wife of a cooperative husband, she developed a love of ocean racing and competed in the Sydney - Hobart, Sydney - Noumea and most of Australia's east coast major ocean yachting events.
 Pennie has an excellent understanding of boat types, fine tuned by assisting her boat builder husband Tom with many a project, she has been able to incorporate this knowledge into her yacht brokerage and is ready to serve your needs whether you are a first time boatie or upgrading to a larger sailing boat or motor cruiser. |

Don Lees MARINE SURVEYOR
 A qualified Shipwright originally from New Zealand where he developed a love of sailing, Don came to Sydney, Australia during the 1960's.
 Don first worked at the renowned Halvorsen Yard at Ryde before teaming up with business partner Heuchmer to form Compass Yachts Australasia, who during the seventies were Australia's largest yacht builder, designing and building production GRP yachts for local and overseas markets.
 After the closure of Compass in 1981 Don resumed a management roll supervising the building of aluminium and GRP recreational and commercial vessels.
 Since moving to Brisbane in 1990, he has been in a self-employed role as a marine consultant, having to date completed more than 3500 pre-purchase and insurance inspections.
 Don will appraise your vessel and make recommendations that will enhance the sale of your boat. |

Tom Stephenson MANAGER

With a technical background, a degree in quantity surveying plus a natural skill as a yachtsman, Tom quickly found his forte in the roll of project management supervising the construction of a number of maxi yachts for individual clients. During this time Tom ran his successful boatbuilding operation building Seaway & Blazer GRP production yachts.
 With the emergence of the Whitsunday bareboat charter market and working for marina construction firm Wilkins & Davies and later Pacific Marinas, Tom was involved in the planning, development and operation of a number of marina facilities.
 His sailing accolades include Australian Yachtsman of the Year in 1976, World Half Ton Champion, Sydney - Hobart, Transpac & Admiral's Cup racing and being the Event Director of the very successful 1999 World Sailing Championships in Melbourne.
 Tom has also established a reputation as a model maker and is best known for the Sydney to Hobart race winner collection at the CYCA. As a professional yachtsman Tom offers vessel management, operation and set-up as an additional service. |
